Terms of Service

Interview-AI is a desktop application that listens to your interview session, transcribes the conversation, and drafts first-person answer suggestions in real time. It is a drafting aid — you remain fully responsible for everything you say and submit during any interview, assessment, or professional engagement.

The service is provided by the individual operator of Interview-AI. To contact us, email webdev010199@gmail.com.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service. By accepting these Terms you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must create an account with a valid email address to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe these Terms have been violated.

You agree to use Interview-AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the app where doing so violates the rules of an interview, examination, assessment, or any applicable code of conduct — it is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the rules that apply to you.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its backend services.
• Use the service to process or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the backend infrastructure.
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to your account without our written consent.

Access to transcription and answer features is metered by tokens. Each new account receives a free trial allocation of 20,000 tokens at no cost. Additional tokens may be purchased by bank transfer at a rate of 1,000 VND = 1,000 tokens, with a minimum top-up of 100,000 VND.

Tokens are credited once we confirm receipt of the bank transfer. Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and do not expire. Except where required by applicable law, all token purchases are final and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to adjust token pricing with reasonable notice. Tokens purchased before a price change will not be affected.

Interview-AI and all related software, design, and content are owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

You retain ownership of any content you input into or produce through the service. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the features you have requested.

The service relies on third-party providers including Supabase (auth and database), OpenAI (AI processing), and Fly.io (hosting). Your use of the service is also subject to the terms of these providers where relevant. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose.

AI-generated answers are suggestions only. Always review output before using it. We accept no responsibility for outcomes arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator of Interview-AI from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused tokens are forfeited on termination unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email associated with your account.
