The service

Interview-AI provides AI-assisted transcription and answer drafting. It’s a tool to help you prepare and respond; you are responsible for what you say and do.

Acceptable use

Use the app where it’s legal and permitted. Some interviews, exams, and assessments prohibit outside assistance — it’s your responsibility to comply with the rules that apply to you.

Tokens and payments

Tokens meter usage. You top up any amount by bank transfer (1,000 VND = 1,000 tokens); tokens are credited once we confirm the transfer. Except where required by law, purchased tokens are non-refundable and have no cash value.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” AI output can be wrong or inappropriate; read it before you rely on it. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
