Interview-AI is a desktop application. This page summarizes what the service collects and why. It’s an honest starting template — review it with counsel before you rely on it.

Account data

We use Supabase for authentication. When you sign up we store your email address and an authentication record so you can log in.

Audio and transcripts

Audio captured during a session is sent to our backend, transcribed, and used to draft answers. We don’t sell your data. Transcripts are processed to provide the feature and are not published.

Usage and billing

We track a token balance per account to meter usage. Top-ups are paid by bank transfer (Techcombank, via a VietQR code); we record the transfer amount and credit your tokens once we confirm it. We don’t handle or store card details.

Third parties

We rely on OpenAI for AI processing and Supabase for authentication and database. Each processes data under its own terms.
