Privacy Policy

Account data. When you create an account we collect your email address and store an authentication record (managed by Supabase) so you can sign in.

Session audio and transcripts. During an active session, system audio is captured on your device, sent to our backend over an encrypted connection, and processed by OpenAI to produce a live transcript and answer suggestions. We do not retain audio or transcript data on our servers after the session response is returned to your device.

Token balance. We maintain a credit balance per account to meter usage. Each time tokens are spent or credited we update this record.

Payment records. When you top up via bank transfer we record the transfer amount, date, and reference number to confirm and credit your account. We do not process or store card details of any kind.

Crash reports. If the app encounters an unhandled error it may send a crash report to Sentry. These reports contain a stack trace, the app version, and your operating system version. They do not contain your audio, transcripts, or personal identifiers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the service.
• Authenticate your account and manage your session.
• Process and track token top-ups via bank transfer.
• Diagnose crashes and technical bugs.
• Respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your audio or transcripts to train AI models.

We rely on third-party providers to operate the service. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• OpenAI — AI transcription and answer generation. Audio segments are sent to OpenAI for processing and are subject to OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.
• Fly.io — backend server hosting.
• Sentry — crash and error reporting.

We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.

Account data (email and token balance) is retained for as long as your account is active. Session audio and transcripts are not retained on our servers after the response is delivered to your device. Payment records are kept for accounting purposes in accordance with applicable law. Crash reports are retained by Sentry for up to 90 days.

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Authentication tokens are managed by Supabase using industry-standard practices. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing webdev010199@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

The service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
