Real-time interview copilot · Windows

A quiet edge when your mind goes blank.

Interview-AI listens to your interview, builds a live transcript, and drafts a first-person answer the moment you ask for one. It lives in an overlay that stays out of screen shares and recordings — visible only to you.

The blank moment

You knew this answer yesterday.

The question lands. You've solved this exact problem a hundred times. And for three long seconds, nothing comes — just the sound of your own pause and a recruiter waiting.

It isn't a knowledge gap. It's pressure. Rapid questions, a camera in your face, and a brain that picks the worst moment to stall. Interview-AI gives you the first sentence back, so you can keep going as yourself.

Interviewer —"Walk me through a time a deploy went wrong and what you did."

How it works

Listen. Understand. Respond.

Three steps, running quietly in the background while you stay in the conversation.

01 — LISTEN

It hears the interview

Interview-AI captures the call's audio straight from your system, so every question is caught the moment it's asked.

Listening to the call
02 — UNDERSTAND

It writes in real time

A live transcript builds as the interviewer speaks, labeled by speaker. No scrolling back, no missed detail.

THEM

"...how would you scale the queue?"

THEM

"Walk me through your thinking."

03 — RESPOND

It drafts, you decide

Click Get answer and a first-person draft appears. Read it, adapt it, ignore it. The words stay yours.

"I'd put a dead-letter queue in front, cap retries at five, and alert on depth rather than rate."

Invisible by design

The one person who sees it is you.

Interview-AI renders in a layer screen capture can't reach, so it never shows up in a shared screen or a recording — only on your own display. Try it.

Less panic. More you.

"I freeze on system-design rounds. Having the first line in front of me meant I could start talking — and once I start, I'm fine. I answered the rest myself."

"Behavioral questions used to scatter me. Seeing my own example written down kept me structured. I didn't read it word for word — I just stopped rambling."

"Back-to-back client interviews drain you by the fourth one. It caught the details I'd have missed at 5pm. Felt like a sharp colleague off-camera, nothing more."

Privacy & trust

Built to be trusted with a hard moment.

You're letting software listen to a high-stakes conversation. We treat that with the seriousness it deserves.

What it uses

  • Live audio from the call, to build the transcript while you talk
  • The current transcript, sent only when you ask for an answer, to draft a reply
  • Your account token, to authenticate the request and meter usage

What it never does

  • Store call recordings — audio is processed and dropped, never saved
  • Write transcripts to disk — they live in memory and disappear when you close the app
  • Train on your interviews or sell anything to anyone
Under the hood: traffic runs over HTTPS. Every backend request carries a signed, short-lived session token. Audio is held in memory only long enough to transcribe, then discarded. Transcripts are never written to disk — they exist only while the app is open.

Questions

The things people ask first.

No. Interview-AI renders in a layer that screen-capture and recording can't reach. When you start sharing — a window, a tab, or your whole display — the overlay drops out of what's captured. On your monitor it's still there; in the shared feed it isn't.

You start with a free pool of tokens, then top up any amount by bank transfer when you need more. Tokens meter both the live transcription and the answers it drafts — the same way the underlying AI is billed — so heavier use costs a little more, but a typical question and answer is a small slice. Tokens never expire and there's no recurring charge. Your balance is always visible in the app.

Yes. Interview-AI sits above the operating system, not inside any one app, so it works alongside Zoom without a plugin — it just captures your system audio.

Yes — Teams behaves the same as any other call app. Pick your audio source in settings and the transcript starts building. Its screen-capture exclusion applies to Teams screen sharing too.

Yes. Meet runs in the browser, and Interview-AI captures system audio rather than hooking into the page, so a browser-based call is fully supported.

Call audio is processed for transcription and then dropped — never recorded or stored. Transcripts stay on your machine, in memory only, and are gone once you close the app — nothing is written to disk. Requests to draft an answer go over an encrypted, authenticated connection, and we don't train on your interviews.

The next interview is still yours.
We're just here for the moment you need one.

Download Interview-AI, run a mock round tonight, and feel the difference before it counts.
